Late Wednesday afternoon, Alex McAdam passed away unexpectedly.


What an amazing person. He taught me more in 6 months than any instructor taught me in 15 years of riding. He gave so much yet asked for so little in return. Its so hard to understand why all the good ones are taken from us so soon. I will cherish the memories and the unconditional friendship and don't think I will ever drink a glass of champagne again without thinking of him. Dressage at Claredon will not be the same without him standing by to video.

Alex's spirit will live on in all of us that knew him. We shall meet again my friend.
