I am pleased to announce that the Gestut Birkhof Stallions have arrived at Blue Mounds ARTworks & Equine Center.

Gestut Birkhof in Donzdorf, Germany is one of the leading Stud Farms in Europe and through an exclusive partnership with Blue Mounds ARTworks Veterinary Practice we are able to offer these amazing performance proven stallions to the US for the very first time via our frozen semen bank. Gestut Birkhof is a family owned and operated Stud farm that has been providing Europe with outstanding riding and breeding horses of sport for the last 45 years. We are honored to be the first to offer such fine stallions and young riding horses excelling in dressage, jumping, and eventing to the United States.

Ciacomo--1996 Holsteiner (Guajana/Cor de la Bryère/Lavall I)


Grafenstolz--1998 Trakehner (St.Pr.St. Gipsy Lady/Polarion/Camelot)


Denario--1993 Bavarian Warmblood (Lady Flair/Denaro/Fair Play


Don Diamond--1993 Wurttemberger (Crazy Horse/Diamond Hit/Carolus )


Alassio’s Boy--2002 Bavarian Warmblood (Chantal/Alassio/Heraldik xx)


Sir Alfred--2002 Oldenburg (Charisma/Sandro Hit/Dream of Heidelberg)

**Current year foals and young riding horses are also available for import. If you have an interest in planning a buying trip Blue Mounds ARTworks would be happy to assist you with organizing a visit to the Birkhof.
