Here's a thread for asking for help from other forumers! I'll start. Has anyone got any tips to help me stop leaning forward when I ride? I get in trouble for it all the time!

Hi Snowy Some of the things that have helped me are to imagine that your pony tail is tied to your horse tail! Also there is a great website that has helped me so much with my position I will try to post the link otherwise if you google Colleen Kelly Biomechanics you should get to it

Colleen Kelly's website is great! Here's the link: http://colleenkelly.net/I have the same problem too Snowy. I think I'm sitting up straight, but people tell me that I'm really leaning forward a bit! I find that if I lean back, then forward, then back, and then sit up straight, it helps me to find where 'straight' is!!

Oh, great tips!! Thanks guys! It's funny how you have to think about it a bit differently. Like you can't just think 'sit up straight' and it magically happens. You have to think 'stretch up to the sky' or something!!
